The solution

Our PR approach centred around creating an eco-conscious event aligned with India’s commitment to achieving Net Zero Carbon emissions. To build momentum, we disseminated pre-and post-event press releases to get media coverage, targeting top publications to ensure maximum visibility. Instead of traditional paper invites, we adopted an email marketing campaign, inviting tech leaders and industry experts to the event. Additionally, we raised awareness across various social media platforms well in advance, ensuring broad outreach and engagement from key stakeholders.

The Impact

The PR campaign was a resounding success, attracting over 200 top IT leaders from different chapters. The Bangalore Chapter was awarded for its contribution to the event’s eco-friendly focus, including the initiative to plant 100 trees, making the event a Net Zero Carbon emission success. The event garnered widespread media coverage, both online and in print, amplifying the positive impact and reinforcing the event’s alignment with sustainable practices.
